A homeowner chose to modernize an older two-handle shower control with a selected single-handle product. This was a design upgrade rather than a leak repair. US Construction Remodeling Corp. opened the front shower wall because rear access was not available, removed the old control, and performed the visible copper connection work for the new valve.

How the work was done
Confirm the selected control
The replacement direction and customer-selected product were established before the concealed valve work began.
Create focused front-wall access
The opening was made at the valve location so the concealed control and nearby copper connections could be reached.
Remove the old valve arrangement
The older control was removed to make room for the selected single-handle valve body.
Connect the new valve
Localized copper lines and fittings were arranged around the new control while the wall remained open.
Coordinate the finish interval
Wall and finish work was coordinated between plumbing visits.
