Sarah House Siding Replacement
Completed exterior construction project. Sarah House documents a residential siding replacement in the Sacramento area. The photographs show finished front and side elevations, including horizontal lap siding, trim transitions, window and shutter relationships, garage edges, roof lines, and downspout coordination.

Finished Exterior and Siding Details
The front view records the completed condition across the main entry, upper gable, garage, and adjacent wall planes. Consistent horizontal courses and clean transitions help the exterior read as one coordinated composition.
The siding installation was coordinated around existing windows, shutters, lighting, gutters, downspouts, stone accents, and planted areas. These junctions are important because a durable exterior depends on the details around every opening and edge.
Coordination Around Openings and Edges
The side elevation provides a closer view of the siding courses, corner treatment, window trim, gable vent, utility area, and roof edge. It also shows how the exterior finish meets landscaping and other existing site elements.
The current gallery documents the finished condition. It does not replace a site inspection or a complete before sequence, so every new siding project still requires its own assessment, written scope, material selection, and flashing review.
